A leading light in the London spoken word scene and a 1999 selection for the National Portrait Gallery’s New Generation Poets Collection, Roger Robinson has a range that embraces poetry, prose and music without losing the quality of sharp observation.
Roger has read poetry worldwide at venues such as Institute of Contemporary Arts (ICA), Literature Forum (Hannover), Barcelona University, Wordstock Festival (New York) and the New Jersey Performance Arts Center. As an MC, he has supported iconic Hip Hop groups Run DMC and De La Soul, and his first collection of short stories Adventures in 3D was published in 2001 (Lubin & Kleyner).
