The availability for each book on our website is displayed on its product detail page; as availability varies, your order may contain items with different dispatch or delivery times. While our availability information is reviewed and updated regularly, it is possible that in some instances, a title may become unavailable between updates. Before sending a query regarding your order, please check our delivery times posted below.

This list is a guide to when you can expect your order to be delivered to your chosen address after you have received your dispatch confirmation email.

Delivery to UK addresses - within 1-3 working days of dispatch.
Delivery to Mainland Europe - within 5-7 working days of dispatch.
Delivery to United States & Canada - within 7-10 working days of dispatch.
Elsewhere - within 10-14 working days of dispatch.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds.

We hope you will be satisfied with everything you buy from our Site. Nevertheless, if for any reason you are not, simply return your order to us in the condition in which you received it along with a copy of your receipt within 30 days of purchase and we will willingly send you a replacement or refund your money. Please be sure to repackage the books securely and send them together with the reason for return, the original paperwork (keep a copy for reference), your e-mail address or telephone number and remember to state whether you would like a refund or a replacement. We recommend that you use a registered mail service as returns not received by us cannot be credited to you. Also note that if you require an alternative book we will have to refund your original payment and you will need to place a new order for the new title. All returns are made at your risk and cost. This does not affect your statutory rights.
